What are the delivery times?

Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours for northern wilayas and 72 hours or more for southern wilayas, depending on the destination and the delivery option chosen.

Returns are free with most partners in the Zimou Express network.

How do I get delivery rates?

Rates depend on the wilaya of departure. The "Rates" button in the menu leads to a registration form: once submitted, the rate card for the selected wilaya is sent by email.
