Zimou Express collects your personal data (name, phone, email, wilaya) through the rate-request form. This data is used to contact you and for internal statistical purposes. In accordance with Law 18-07 on the protection of personal data, it is retained for a period of 5 years.
Data collected
First and last name, phone number, email address and wilaya of departure. This information is entered voluntarily by you when requesting a rate card. No other personal data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose of processing
Your data serves two purposes: (1) sending you the rate card for your wilaya and contacting you about your request; (2) producing internal statistics to improve our offer. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Your data is retained for 5 years from the date of your request, then deleted.
Your rights

Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party profiling trackers. Fonts and site assets are hosted on our own servers, with no data transferred to external services.
