Zimou Express collects your personal data (name, phone, email, wilaya) through the rate-request form. This data is used to contact you and for internal statistical purposes. In accordance with Law 18-07 on the protection of personal data, it is retained for a period of 5 years.
Data collected
First and last name, phone number, email address and wilaya of departure. This information is entered voluntarily by you when requesting a rate card. No other personal data is collected without your knowledge; browsing data processed for advertising measurement is detailed in the “Cookies and analytics” section.
Purpose of processing
Your data serves two purposes: (1) sending you the rate card for your wilaya and contacting you about your request; (2) producing internal statistics to improve our offer. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Your data is retained for 5 years from the date of your request, then deleted.
Your rights
In accordance with Law 18-07, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us by phone or email using the details on the Contact page.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel, an advertising measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms. It sets a cookie and sends Meta your IP address, technical information about your browser, the pages you view here, and whether a rate request was completed. This data is used solely to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. No information entered in the form — name, phone, email, wilaya — is sent to Meta. This processing involves a transfer to Meta servers located outside Algeria. You can refuse it by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, using a blocking extension, or through your Facebook ad preferences. Campaign parameters present in the address (utm_source and similar), the page you arrived on and the site that referred you are kept in your browser for the duration of your visit, so that your request can be attributed to the campaign it came from, then erased when the tab closes. These origin details accompany your request into our sales tracking tool; they describe where the visit came from, never who you are. Fonts and other site assets remain hosted on our own servers.
